Our approach is built on a simple concept: The same team will manage the design and construction of your project from beginning to end. This will greatly minimize miscommunication errors and potential problems that can occur if different teams are involved.

PROJECT DETAILS
So have taken a good decision and have decided to make an investment while remodeling or refining a part of your home while adding value to it. Now it’s time that we sit down together so you can explain to us your vision and we can define the details of it together.
We will listen carefully about your expectations and propose options to you so you can make the best decision possible. We always do our first meeting directly at the project site so we can inspect it and work out a solution inside the limitation of your space.
It will be the time to explain to us who will use the space and it what occasions. What kind of materials you wish to use and the finishing touch you want. We will discuss your budget so we can provide you a written proposal including the scope of work to be done and a plan and timeframe to complete the work.
PLAN & DESIGN
This is an important step, you have decided to team up with Charlotte Remodeling Inc to make your vision come true and its now the time crystallize your remodeling project into a concrete plan.
Our experienced team will present you drawings to help you visualize your new home improvement. Depending on how far you are willing to go we can also work with some of the region’s best architects and design professionals. You will be able to select the materials such as flooring, countertops, tiles, cabinetry…
You can count on us to help you choose the highest quality of materials that suits your budget in order to achieve the best value and design for your remodeling project. Initial concept drawings will become detailed construction drawings, which will drive the final construction specifications.
GETTING STARTED
We have now met numerous times; the construction contract has been presented and signed and the clearly defined payment schedule communicated to you. You have also agreed on the detailed construction drawings so its now time to make your dream come true.
The construction or renovation of your space will start on time and we will treat your remodeling project with the personal attention and respect it deserves throughout the whole process.
You will get frequent updates and we will continue to work together while your new space takes shape. Don’t worry; you will be an integral part through each phase, allowing you to provide inputs as needed from the beginning to then end.
